​How do I
place an order?
It's as easy as using the EarEase itself! Simply navigate to our products page, choose the EarEase bundle that's right for you, and click to buy! We'll gather some basic information and your EarEase will be on the way.

Payment
& Shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal.
Product is shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase. Average time to receive product is 5-8 business days.

International shipping is available but will have longer receipt times.

Expedited shipping is available at request for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds
30 Day Return Policy
​
Item must be shipped back to EarEase within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued to the customer's account. Original amount paid for shipping is non-refundable. The cost of shipping to return the item to EarEase is at the expense of the customer.
